This online coaching session is the first part of our 'Strengths Discovery Workshop'. It will take you through the strengths based philosophy and discuss how organisations can utilise it to increase employee engagement on a daily basis.
The second part involves completing the survey online! You will need a copy of Strengths Finder 2.0 in order to do this.
The final part of the workshop involves a facilitated discussion around a 360 degree application of your assessed strengths. The application extends to your direct reports, colleagues, your line manager and yourself.

Part One - Strengths Discovery Workshop
Welcome to Part One of our Strengths Discovery Workshop.
The following video will run for approximately 15 minutes and give you a brief overview of;
1. The background of how the strengths language was developed and what it looks like,
2. Why we utilise discussion of strengths in the workplace individually and in managing others,
3. Our weakness focused culture and how we can manage it moving forward; and
4. Instructions to complete the survey yourself.
Make sure you have a paper and pen ready and lets get started!
If you have a copy of Strengths Finder 2.0 in front of you, you are ready to complete the survey. Remember it will take about 30 minutes with just 20 seconds to answer each question asked.
Finished? Remember to download your Personal Strengths Insight Report and Action Planning Guide to learn more about your dominant strengths (note you will need to be logged in to access this document).
